How do call minutes work?

Each plan includes a monthly pool of up to the number of minutes shown for the region you choose. Call costs vary by destination, so the minutes shown adjust to the region you'll be calling.

What happens when I use all my minutes?

Calls pause until you top up or your plan renews. Top up any time with a $150, $300 or $750 pack and calling resumes right away.

Can I add more agents?

Yes. Each plan includes a set number of specialist agents, and you can add more at any time. An extra agent is added to your plan's bill, monthly or yearly to match your term, prorated for the first period.

What languages can agents speak?

Sonora agents speak the world's most popular languages, naturally and fluently. Multi-language switching within a single call is available on Pro and Elite.
